The dahlia has come into flower. Never seen so many flowers on it as there are this year. It doesn't seem to have been ravaged by the slugs as much!

What a beautiful dahlia! Practically perfect, and such a stunning colour! I'm glad to hear the slugs have kept away a bit more this year, they can be a real nightmare.
Bishop of Llanduff is a super red dahlia too with dark leaves
